This safari has been designed to offer you a short but intense Tanzanian Northern Circuit safari experience, for a shorter and time constrained period of 2 days / 1 night. You will experience the excitement of game viewing in
two of the most spectacular national game parks in Tanzania.
ITINERARY:

Arrival:
You will be picked up at the Kilimanjaro international airport and transferred to your hotel in Moshi town, you will meet your guide who will brief you on your upcoming Safari.

DAY 1. ARUSHA / MOSHI – TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
In the morning will pick you up from your hotel to start your safari to the Tarangire National Park. The park is roughly the size of Luxemburg and covers an area of about 2,600 km². Bush savannah, seasonal swamps and giant baobab trees make up the landscape of this nature reserve and the park is probably one of the best places in East Africa to see elephants. Not only are there thousands, but they are also relatively accustomed to vehicles so you will be able to get really close to them. Apart from elephants, the park is also home to Masai giraffes, various gazelles, antelopes, buffaloes, lions, leopards, baboons and more than 500 types of birds. After an extensive game drive you will leave the park in the afternoon and drive to Hotel/ lodge or Campsite.

DAY 2. NGORONGORO CRATER TO ARUSHA/MOSHI
After check out and early breakfast, with packed lunch transfer and descend to the crater floor for full day game viewing, while here expect to see a variety of birds including thousands of flamingoes and other water birds. The big game here includes the endangered black rhinos, elephant, zebras, hippos, gazelle, and predators such as lions, cheetahs, hyenas and leopards. Break for lunch at the picnic site and there after proceed with game viewing up to the late evening when you will ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha town.
